• Journeyman-level technician (ASE certifications strongly preferred) 

• High level of experience in advanced diagnostics and complex repair procedures 

• Experience with exotic marques (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, etc.) and/or European 

luxury brands (Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Bentley, Aston Martin, Rolls 

Royce, etc.)

Seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-oriented Service Valet / Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for valeting client vehicles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment.

•Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles

•Install PPE into guest vehicles to ensure interior is properly protected

•Manage the flow of traffic in the service drive and parking areas to ensure safety and efficiency

•Perform vehicle walkarounds and vehicle inspections as required

•Ensure vehicles are cleaned and staged for client delivery

•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking and workshop areas

•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly

•Assist in the coordination of vehicle retrievals and deliveries, ensuring timely service

•Drive vehicles as needed, demonstrating safe driving practices at all times

•Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience

•Support multiple departments at the dealership from service, parts, detail and sales as necessary

•Adhere to all dealership safety and driving policies

•Perform other tasks, duties, and training as dictated by their supervisors

•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members

•Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele

•Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

•Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent

•Valid driver's license with clean driving record

•Able to pass background check

•Experience in guest services or hospitality is highly valued

•Comfortable handling high performance and exotic vehicles with care, ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and confidently

•Must be punctual, dependable and well-groomed

•Positive team-oriented behavior 

•Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask

•Must be able to work on your feet, outside in various weather conditions.

•Previous experience in a dealership or similar environment is advantageous but not required.
